Application range:
Antioxidant KY-405 is one of the few non-toxic, odorless, and light-colored antioxidants among amine antioxidants. The anti-oxidation effect is similar to the Naugard 445 of Uniroyal (United States) and the Nocrac CD of Ouchi (Japan). The antioxidant KY-405 is widely used in various elastomers. Used in plastic masterbatch such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride. It can be used as an antioxidant for polyurethane foam and rubber wires, cables, food packaging materials and adhesives. Especially in neoprene color cable sheath, the antioxidant KY-405 has remarkable heat resistance, light resistance and aging resistance. Used as a light and anti-aging antioxidant in polyether and its foam, it can also be used as a lubricating oil antioxidant.
Particularly effective for: chloroprene, acrylate rubber, polyether polyol and other aging caused by high heat, light and so on. Good synergistic effect with sulfur-containing antioxidants.
usage and dosage:
Antioxidant KY-405 is a non-polluting antioxidant. It is usually used in the general rubber and plastics in an amount of 1-3 parts. It is easy to disperse in the rubber compound and has no obvious influence on the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber compound.
Due to its high molecular weight and low volatility, its antioxidant durability is significantly better than that of SP, 1010, BHT (264) and other phenolic antioxidants. It is an ideal substitute for phenolic antioxidants.
Precautions for use:
Antioxidant KY-405 is a non-contaminating antioxidant, but it undergoes slight discoloration under conditions of sun exposure and long-term exposure to air, but does not migrate. Store in a cool, dry place when shading, sealing, moisture-proof, sun-proof, and rain-proof.
Packing: Antioxidant KY-405 is packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bag or 25kg/carton. Avoid sun, moisture and heat during storage and transportation. It can also be packaged according to the user's requirements. |
